Allied Engineering is comprised of multiple CAD CAM Stations utilizing Master CAM Version 7.1 Mill and Lathe Software. Our programmers are well versed in programming complex 2, 3, 4, and 5 axis machining.
All programs are run through our VERICUT Verification & Optimization Software.The department can download and utilize IGES, CATIA, Pro-E, and DFX files through the internet and our FTP site. Our system utilize DNC software to send and retrieve programs to our equipment.
Our department also utilizes a manufacturing Engineer to create detailed manufacturing for each job, no matter how small or large. It also utilizes a Manufacturing Engineer on the shop floor to trouble shoot any problems and to communicate with Customer Engineering when required.
